1, to prevent the transformer overload operation: if overload running for a long time, can cause heating coil, make the insulation aging, short circuit or short circuit between box, alternate with of short circuit and oil decomposition;
2, prevent damage of transformer core insulation aging: core insulation aging or clamping bolt casing damage, can make produce very big vortex core, iron core long-term heat insulation aging;
3, prevent overhaul accidentally damage insulation: the lift core transformer overhaul, should pay attention to protect the coil or insulation casing, if found to have chafed lesions, handle in time.
